2. Enrollment and Registration: All class enrollments and event registrations must be completed through the official ACDC website or an authorized payment platform linked on our site. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations of Classes and Events: Payments are generally non-refundable unless ACDC cancels a class or event. Costumes and Merchandise: Costume purchases are final sale due to the nature of custom or performance items. Refund exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at ACDC’s discretion.

 

4. Attendance and Conduct: Students and participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors, peers, and staff. ACDC reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or event due to disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

 

5. Intellectual Property: All content on the ACDC website—including text, images, videos, logos, and designs—is the property of Alexander Coleman Dance Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

 

6. Photography and Media Consent: By enrolling in ACDC classes or events, you grant ACDC permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of you or your child for promotional or educational purposes. You may withdraw consent by providing written notice to ACDC before the start of the class or event.

7. Liability Waiver: Participation in dance classes and related activities carries inherent risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during participation and agree to release ACDC, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from all liability.

 

8. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected through the website is used only to process registrations, purchases, and communications related to ACDC activities. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services.

10. Shipping Policy: All dance costume and merchandise orders require up to three (3) business days for fulfillment before shipping. Once an order has been fulfilled, it will then be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary based on the destination and carrier. ACDC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once items have been shipped. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.
